This Privacy Notice for California Residents supplements the information contained in Manifestation Babe, LLC’s Privacy Policy and applies solely to external contacts who reside in the State of California (“you” or “Consumer”). Manifestation Babe, LLC and its affiliated subsidiaries and related entities (collectively, “Company,” “we,” or “us”) adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA) and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.

Sensitive Personal Information
We may also collect your racial or ethnic origin if you choose to provide such information to us in your application for our BBIPOC Scholarship. Racial or ethnic origin may be considered sensitive personal information under the CCPA. We do not disclose your racial or ethnic origin to any third parties.

We use your information in accordance with the Section “Use of Your Information” in our Privacy Policy.

California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise any of your rights as described above by emailing hello@manifestationbabe.com with subject line “Exercise My CCPA Rights.” We may require additional information from you to verify your identity. For additional information about exercising your rights, including how we verify your identity, or how to use an authorized agent, please email us at hello@manifestationbabe.com. We will confirm receipt of a request within 10 days and provide information about how we will process the request. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosure we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request. Financial Incentives Disclosure
From time to time, we may request your Personal Information to administer sweepstakes, promotions, and other contest. The information we may request includes a legal name, address, state, country, zip code, email, and social media handles. The CCPA’s implementing regulations define a “financial incentive” as a program, benefit or other offering “related to the collection, deletion, or sale of personal information.” Our collection of your Personal Information allows us to effectuate these programs.
