Favorite thing you learned in MBA
Ladder of believability is the one thing I see that most often supports the successful, and hinders people still finding their path. Also, forgiveness is the antidote to life, and it’s free. It’s not about who you’re forgiving and why — it’s forgiving them to free yourself from the tyranny of experience.

Don’t bullshit. Think big. Be afraid & do it anyway. Understand that respect comes from evolution, not from outcome.

I love working with students to preserve or reopen their MBA course access when sudden, unexpected financial obstacles pop up. Challenging situations are inevitable, and I appreciate the autonomy that the MB culture provides me to operate with flexibility and grace when those situations arise for our students.
Also, unlimited vacation time!
Favorite thing you learned in MBA
I already have inherent momentum toward my goals and my success, and all I have to do is say "yes" and take a step in their direction to manifest them.
